Bio Dr. Richard Tilson received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill where also received his medical degree. After medical school, he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Georgetown Medical Center. Dr. Tilson went on to complete his fellowship in gastroenterology at Brigham and Women's Hospital. He is boarded in gastroenterology.
